Josh grew up in Kenaston, SK, where he developed an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. He earned his business degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has continued to enhance his education and skills through various programs and certifications from esteemed institutions, including the Ivey School of Business. Over the years, he has served as an advisor to numerous agricultural businesses across North America, nurturing his passion for empowering owners in the agricultural industries to thrive in both business and life. Josh and Paula spend a lot of time running Kaizen from Lipan, Texas allowing them to have more impact across the continent.

Josh possesses a remarkable ability to distill complex knowledge into actionable insights, equipping his clients for future success. He has a unique talent for identifying the root of challenges and opportunities and crafting effective strategies to capitalize on them.

In 2009, Josh and his wife, Paula, founded Kerpan Farms, which has grown into a substantial farming and ranching operation. They are dedicated to strengthening their community by expanding their businesses and creating career opportunities for families who wish to embrace and thrive in a rural lifestyle.
