Who's leading the room
Josh Kerpan
Josh Kerpan believes the people who get free are the ones who design their lives on purpose. Founder of Kaizen Solutions, a business school graduate, and a top 1% Proctor Gallagher consultant, he blends the inner game of identity, paradigms, and vision — the heart of the Proctor Gallagher method he's trained in — with the outer machinery of systems, delegation, and governance that lets a business and a family run without depending on one person. A family man with roots in agriculture and small business, Josh leads the Mindset work and guides the Family Constitution build.
John Locke
John Locke has sat at this table himself. A partner in the Locke Division of JD Hudgins in Hungerford, Texas, John grew up raising registered Brahman cattle and still helps run his family's cattle business — but he learned there's more to a family enterprise than the quality of the herd. After six years in Ranching for Profit's Executive Link program, he became a leader in regenerative grazing and, through his company Next Era Progress, now guides farm, ranch, and family teams toward clarity and alignment. At Legacy by Design LIVE, he leads the Vision work — because he connects with the room by having lived in it.
Before you decide
Do I need to bring my spouse?
No — come solo and leave with a personal vision and your own Family Constitution. Bring your spouse and you get an added shared-vision track. Both are complete experiences.
Is this a Vegas party or real work?
Real work, with Vegas as the reward. A structured two-day intensive — you leave with finished deliverables, then the rest of NFR week is yours.
How does the deposit work?
A $497 deposit holds your seat, with the balance due by November 1. It's a small commitment that keeps the room real — the people who put it down are the people who show up.
Where do I stay?
Golden Nugget, downtown. We've locked a group block at rates well below the usual NFR-week norm. Book early — the block is limited.
