Jordan Steele

RFP Instructor

Jordan Steele is a full-time Ranching for Profit Instructor for RMC. After growing up on a ranch in northeastern Wyoming, he went to the University of Wyoming for a bachelors and masters degree in agricultural economics. More important than the degree was meeting his wife Jori during college. After finishing college, they moved to northwest Kansas from 2015-2022 to start both their careers. Jordan worked in the Kansas Farm Management Association assisting farmers and ranchers with financial recordkeeping, analysis, and income taxes. After spending so much time focused on the money part of agriculture, the Ranching for Profit school opened his eyes to balancing the whole system: money, production, ecology, and most importantly, the people. Since that first school, he has enjoyed challenging everyone’s paradigms while helping move themselves and their businesses forward. Jordan and Jori moved back to Wyoming when he joined RMC in 2022. They live in Laramie, Wyoming with their two children, Roan and Remi.

Josh Kerpan

Josh Kerpan is the Founder and CEO of Kerpan Farms, a grain and cattle operation based near Kenaston, Saskatchewan. An entrepreneur from a young age, Josh earned his business degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has continued sharpening his craft through advanced programs and certifications — including Ranching for Profit and Executive Link, both of which shaped how he runs his farm today.

Josh is on a mission to help farmers and ranchers stop running an operation and start running a business. That conviction led him into coaching, where he now works with ag operators and entrepreneurs through Kaizen Solutions and his flagship coaching program, 100X Breakthrough. He’s also the co-host of the Freedom by Design podcast with his wife and business partner, Paula.
